Can't recommend First Class Watches highly enough. Well priced, fast and efficient postage within 8 hours. Excellent customer services who were easy to contact by phone and replied to emails within hours.

Ordered a Gant ladies watch but it was not in stock. Delivery expected mid December
It was not in stock or received by my required date.
Advised by Rowland that item not in stock by expected date, email from Rowland asking would I like to wait for stock.
I immediately replied same day to Rowland cancelling the order as it would miss birthday. No email confirmation.
Next thing I know is a text from DPD stating item being shipped??
Cancellation was obviously not actioned and watch was shipped despite order being cancelled via email
Watch received next day and returned unopened via Royal Mail.
Refund pending.

Excellent service

I received my watch today and was very happy with it. The item looked as good as when I first saw it online and well worth the price I paid. Thank you.

My initial order was responded to with confirmation all requested items were in stock and available, the next day, I received my watch but not the additional strap ordered, I was then told additional strap was not in stock and would be dispatched when available.
Communications were good but don't rely on delivery promises.

Really good price, quick and excellent service

I had been looking forward to owning the Laco Friedrichshafen 45mm for months and I took advantage of the excellent deals over the Black Friday weekend to pick up this super watch.

The leather presentation case is a really nice touch from Laco and it makes a very nice change for the usual box cluster and watch pillow.

The 45mm watch wears lovely on my 7" wrist. I prefer the larger face at it is close the original 55mm size but far more easily worn.

The build of the watch feels very solid and excellent quality. I'd normally look at purchasing a few alterative straps but the original brown leather with the rivets feels so perfect I don't have any desire to change it. I can imagine a NATO strap would be a reasonable option but then it raises the question of what colour to go for. Using an RAF strap would be my natural choice, being ex-RAF myself, but would a UK colour way be appropriate on a Luftwaffe replica? I don't think so and I'm not looking to wear a German flag on my wrist. So the brown leather stays.

I love the B-Uhr face and the domes sapphire glass sets it off a treat.
