Great experience, my cable (I had to buy a new cable/charger for my Garmin watch) arrived quicker than announced and I had it at a better price than buying from Garmin directly as First Class watches do not charge delivery fees and offer a welcome discount. I'll make sure to consider them for more serious purchases.

I ordered my watch on the Tuesday and received on the Thursday. Had a few queries to do with bracelet sizing. All dealt with efficiently by the really helpful and friendly staff. My watch was packaged well. Watch is of high quality, simple design but the disk colour and format makes it stand out and will compliment any outfit well summer/winter/formal/casual. Highly recommend first class watches.

This is a really attractive dress watch. The classic, minimalist dial design may not be for everyone but I love it. The watch is very well finished. It's very thin even with the domed sapphire. So far it's keeping time well at around +2 seconds a day. The lack of bezel really makes the dial stand out and allows it to go right to the edge of the watch making it incredibly legible to the point of making it as clear to read as a 42mm watch even though this is a true 38mm. This size of case is far better suited to me as I have small wrist of about 16.5cm. So many watches now are at least 40mm and above and I'm looking forward to the time this trend of large watches ends.
The only negative for me is that the hand winding is rather stiff and quite awkward given the small crown. The small crown is of course to be expected on a watch of this style and it's it to be your daily wear then it won't matter as it's an automatic. It's just something to bear in mind if, like me, you rotate your watch collection.

Very classy watch. Small but not too feminine to be worn by men.
Maybe would be easier to read in daylight if the hands were blue, but apart from that everything seems just fine.

Just received my Hamilton Field Khaki. Very good, size was right and its very comfortable. It was delivered very quickly (next day). Very pleased with it, hansom watch and good value.

Very pleased with service from First Class Watches. Ordering was easy and the 10% off first purchase made the price very competitive (Seiko prospex I ordered seems to be £650 from all retailers). Delivery was quick, I ordered the watch on a Friday afternoon and it was with me on Monday afternoon. Watch was well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. They use Royal Mail so plenty of delivery options - I picked up from the Post Office. Watch looks great and seems to be keeping good time so far. Only slight niggle is finding the right crown 'click' to adjust the date is very fiddly and takes a while to get right.

I purchased mine and arrived today. OMG! So beautiful! Though I bought this as Ex Display (not sure if the term is right)/ has dent above 9. I cannot stop staring at it.

My problem is, I don’t how to change back date and day.
