Just purchased Hamilton Khaki King at a very good discount. Arrived on the requested date and was well packaged. I have to echo many other reviewers and say First Class by name and frist class in their customer service. You really cannot go wrong with FCW.

I ordered 2 watches for my groomsmen in July, however there was only 1 in stock. Communication from the staff was great. They let me know roughly when they would have more in stock, then when they had them in stock for me. Once in stock payment was requested and the items were dispatched with 4hours and received in N. Ireland the next day in perfect condition. Great service

His name was Rowland, very professional with a great sense of humour, the kind of person I like to deal with.
I paid for my watch over the phone fully expecting it to arrive on Monday, which would have been perfect.
The courier used for my delivery was DPD who I have found to be excellent, and it arrived exactly 24 hours later the following day. Wow, how good was that!

My new Certina Super PH 500 watch was actually alternative to my to original choice which was discontinued. Boy o boy it was the best thing to happen as I haven't stop smiling inside. PH 500 is light weight, durable and it wears smaller than 43mm cannot wait to get it wet. Haven't took it off and I got stop myself from keeping checking my wrist just to look at it.
Sometimes 2nd choice is best and big thank firstclasswatches customer services for assisting me excellent service.
