Khaki Field Mechanical, this is my second Hamilton watch from First Class Watches (previous watch was a Jazzmaster) What a fantastic service and prompt delivery from First Class Watches. I love the quality and build of the watch, its amazing.

Absolutely fantastic watch. I have a number of seiko watches they are always great quality and well built. I have in the past purchased much more expensive watches but seiko seem to be of the greatest quality at a quarter of the price. First class watches is exactly what is says First class and very quick delivery. I will definitely purchase from first class watches again

As a fist time watch buyer, I couldn't be more happy with my choice. The Hamilton Khaki looks fantastic and can easily be dressed up or down. It also has an interesting back story with its US military heritage. The 38mm size isn't too chunky, so it mixes elegances and subtlety quite well.

The standard bracelet fits quite large, so i'd suggest measuring your wrist and asking FCW to see if they can resize it for you. Overall, very happy and would recommend both the Khaki and FCW.

Love this strap. As soon as you open it’s presentation box the smell of Italian leather hits you. It’s extremely well made as you would expect for this price. Very rugged and hard wearing yet wouldn’t look out of place in the office either. First class were also cheapest by far than any other retailer. Great product great service thanks

I am very pleased with my new Timex watch. It is simple and elegant, easy to read and accurate. Well worth the price.

I bought this strap to replace the rubber strap that came with my Garmin Fenix 6x Sapphire. The strap is a perfect match for the bezel on the watch and was easy enough to fit and adjust. To remove links you will need a screwdriver with a very small flat head. There is also a micro adjuster on the clasp which has a spring loaded pin which you can remove with a safety pin or something similar. Just be careful when releasing the spring loaded pin so it doesnt fly off.

The best utilitarian watch to handle all that life can throw at it.

The Hamilton Khaki Field Officer is a classic military inspired timepiece, that is both elegant and sleek, wearing perfectly on my 19cm wrist.
The 38mm face is very clear and uncluttered, with detailed white digits offsetting brilliantly against the standard issue black face.
For use in the dark, the luminous coated hands and hour markers dotted around the watch face, provide a long and radiant lume when charged with a torch for a few seconds.

The crown is just the right size for daily operation and feels well built. It has a precise function for firstly winding the watch mechanism, secondly date adjustment and lastly time adjustment when pulled out fully.

Finally, the materials and finishes chosen for the watch allow it to withstand daily use, whilst retaining the elegant and classic appearance found on vintage standard military issue field watches.

One feature I would like to have seen on the sapphire crystal lens is an anti-reflective coating. This would have aided further in the subtle appearance of the watch, complimenting the stone washed metal of the watch body.

My objective was to own a field watch with a tangible history surrounding the design and brand of the timepiece. I wished for it to have a date complication, sapphire crystal lens and mechanically wound drive.
The Hamilton Khaki Field Officer was the product of my research, and it will certainly be a watch I will one day pass onto my son.

Display is very good, its always visible even in brighter light conditions. And the lumination is extremely cool looking and very clear/bright.

It's a straight forward and simple watch. Its not a smartwatch and its not meant to be. It's not full of features, it just shows the time; people who want this watch most likely know this already and its probably also one of the reasons which makes this watch appealing to them in the first place, so its definetly not a negative...its meant to be retro and true to the original.

Good service from first class watches and would definitely purchase from here again.

As ever communication from FCW was superb. Arrived as I expected, well packed and on time. The watch is stunning. The dial, well I can't stop staring at it. The watch arrived yesterday and I won't be able to show it off untill we are properly out of lockdown. Pros: Price, quality for the price, solid movement, bracelet good and OMG it's a looker....back and front. Negs: Only one. The bracelet is huge, I have a 8 inch wrist and I had to remove 1 full and 1 half size link. This was fiddly. Come on Seiko put screw links in, please. Would I recommend that you buy one. Yes! It is a stunner. You can't go wrong with Seiko.
