Very well made watch for the price. Looks different, and technical specs are good.

This watch looks incredible in person, the sunburst blue dial really pops in direct light, the lume on the hands and markers is fantastic. This is the second seiko ‘turtle’ I own (the other being the SRP-775) and they are both fantastic watches for the money. Excellent service from First Class Watches too, recieved the watch within 2 working days of ordering (ordered on a sunday before bank holiday) and they priced matched another online retailer

I bought this watch as an early birthday present for my Father in law. At 91 his eyesight isn't as sharp as it was, so I thought the large clear 41mm dial of the Mondaine Essence would help him.
As an ex-railwayman himself he loved the Swiss Railway history of Mondaine and appreciates the clarity and quality of the watch.
It's not actually his birthday until June. But as I said to him, there's no time like the present, and no present like the time !

The watch with it’s simple black face, steel case and black leather strap is beautifully designed. Being slightly smaller than many modern men’s watches it looks particularly good on a narrower wrist. I am delighted with it. Being a Citizen watch it has an excellent 5 year guarantee (extended an extra year when the purchase is registered with Citizen) and was superb value for money.

Fantastic service first class watches price matched this watch for me, altered the link chain as i had requested, keeped me informed every step of the transaction, and I received it the day after i ordered.

Slim, light, stylish with subtle pin stripe accents and sapphire glasss, waterproof, solar powered, radio controlled. I'd been struggling to find a watch with this elegance combined these functions. Uses the European transmitter in Germany and I had no probs with the sync. I like that there is no crown, this can fail as did my previous eco-drive watch when the crown let water in. Also I like the simplicity and ruggedness of the two recessed buttons. T1 to check a sync took place and display the transmitter code and T2 to change the time zone if needed. Or use both buttons to put in quartz mode if you're in the outback!
All in all I'm very pleased, and haven't stopped checking the time since!!

I’m very happy with this watch. It strikes just the right balance of smartness and utility for me and it will be my every-day watch. The rubber strap is pretty chunky and ever so slightly difficult to unfasten, maybe it will get more flexible with wear? It feels well made and the black face is super-readable.

First class watches get full stars , their service and delivery are very good and wesite easy to use, now my chosen watch , needed something alittle more refined yet robust enough to take my normal daily life of outdoor work and hobies including cycling and water sports . Have no complaints regarding casio g shock which I have been wearing at work , but always felt that they were too big for my small wrists , so after alittle research have decided to give Luminox a chance ! , my choice is the sea turtle 0300, well , nice box , and recieved all in good packaging , the watch is a perfect size for my 6" wrist (39mm) , very light and very comfortable and looking sporty and love the lume , so now starts a new watch relationship with Luminox . Will hopefully review in 12 months time !

This Citizen Corso is light, easy to read, and beautiful in its simplicity. The dial is not too large, and the profile is flat enough that it doesn't interfere with sleeves.
It's hard to find a hard-wearing ladies Citizen without lots of sparkles - this watch stands up to all the watersports I do, and is equally at home in the office. Very happy customer.
