My new Seiko automatic men's watch was truly a 'First Class' replacement for my 40 year old worn out Seiko quartz. It was delivered 2 days earlier than expected, was carefully packed and in good working order. It is already proving as accurate a timekeeper as my 'time' expired old one. I bought from FCW because of their apparently good reviews and very competitive pricing. Thank you

No issue with ordering and receiving the Hugo Boss bracelet for my partner, and it was a good size for the average male wrist, but a poor design with a magnetic clasp - of which my partner subsequently lost on Boxing Day when out of the house for a couple of hours.
Would have expected a much better/stronger clasp for a designer brand, sadly a financial waste. Didn't own it long enough to take a photo.

The website is very clear on the products being offered, I would have appreciated seeing the weight of watches, this one is heavier than expected but it is OK for me. Very good communication, very good packaging and fast delivery despite it being over the Xmas period, it arrived a day earlier than the tracker indicated. Fortunately I was available to receive it. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

FCW made it even easier to buy with their free adjustments which meant the watch fit my wrist perfectly without me having to resize it myself and of course their good pricing.

Happy with my Gant Eastham watch which is superbly accurate, easy to wear and good looking on my wrist. The ordering system is slick and I was kept informed until receipt which was also fairly swift. Only one slight issue with sizing of the bracelet. I gave my wrist measurement which meant that the bracelet was too tight. Customers should add 2 or 3mm to the wrist size to allow for a little slack. I ended up having it resized at my local jeweller (spare links were in the box) but it’s not a big issue. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the discounted price paid.
